Our site is not an e-commerce with direct purchase. Users can select products and send an order, but all subsequent steps, including order confirmation, payment and delivery, take place outside the site and will be managed directly with the customer via the contact channels provided.

The customer selects the desired products and sends an order request.

The request does not represent a binding contract, but an expression of interest.

After receiving the request, our team will contact the customer to confirm product availability, prices and conditions of purchase.

Payment and final definition of the order will take place outside the site.

  1. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

The prices displayed on the site are indicative and may change without notice.

Product availability is not guaranteed until official confirmation by us.

  1. RESPONSE TIMES

Delivery times will be specified in the order confirmation phase.

  1. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS

The customer can cancel or modify the order request before final confirmation at no cost.

After order confirmation, any changes will be subject to availability and specific agreements with our team.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for any delays, price changes or unavailability of products until the order is confirmed.

We do not assume responsibility for any errors in the data provided by the customer when sending the order request.
